Spicy Chicken Gravy | How to Make Spicy Chicken Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 kg - chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 8 - Red Chillies
- 2 - Onion (medium size)
- 1.5 inch piece Ginger
- 1 - Garlic (full)
- Coriander leaves - handful
- 2 tsp - coriander powder
- 7 -cloves
- 1 - Cinnamon stick (small)
- 1 tbsp - aniseed
- 2 - Tomato (small size)
- 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
- 1 - Lemon
- 1 tsp - Chicken masala
- salt to taste
How to Make Spicy Chicken Gravy
- Grind onion, ginger, garlic, chillies, coriander leaves, cloves, cinnamon stick, aniseed and keep aside.
- Grind the tomato separately.
- In a cooker, pour a little oil and fry onions till golden brown, then add the ground masala.
- Then add tomatoes and stir for 5-6 mins.
- To this mixture, add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chicken masala, lemon and salt.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for 25 mins.
- Serve.
